Human Resource Business Partner needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner to perform general HR duties such as providing operational support and guidance on employee relations, performance and talent management, coordinating training and development, recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, coordinating company-wide talent reviews and preparing talent inventories, policies, procedures and programme development. Ideally you will have an Honours degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology and be registered with the SABPP or HPCSA. A minimum of 5 years experience as Human Resource Business Partner in a mining environment is essential.
