Assistant Operations Manager needed for a leading Hotel in Western Cape! Ideally you will have a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality practice or Human Resources and have experience on Fidelio/Micros point of sale system. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a hotel environment is essential.
