Assist in managing and growing the sales and store operation.<br />Deputize on behalf of sales manager when required.<br />Research and open new sales areas.<br />Motivate sales team to achieve record sales.<br />Conduct customer meetings and marketing campaigns.<br />Ensuring compliance of company policy and procedures.<br />Customer care - meetings; problem solving; customer requirements.<br />Ad hoc duties.<br />Will have responsibility towards overall management / profitability of their sales and store operations with staff development part of their portfolio

Inherent Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience would be an advantage<br />Experience in the FMCG & Building material Industry would be an advantage<br />Fluency in English and Portuguese (speak, read and write) <br />Be able to communicate at management level - Assist with full branch function and supervise sales staff.<br />Excellent administrative skills required.<br />Valid RSA / SADC driver’s license or equivalent and valid passport.<br />Be prepared to travel - Local and cross border.<br />Target Driven.<br />Sales Orientated. <br />Marketing experience will be an advantage.<br />Knowledge of Mozambique and its southern provinces will be and advantage.<br />Strong problem solving skill, be able to use own initiative.<br />Be prepared to relocate <br />Work well in a pressured environment (meeting deadlines, accuracy)<br />Computer literacy<br />Sales orientated with good interpersonal skills<br />
