Telecommunications company requires 3 Sales Representatives<br />Nature of position:<br />The selling of a marketing and music system for the on hold facility of switchboards as well as any voice recording requirements<br />Own prospecting for new business (Lead are given from time to time)<br />No designated sales area, free to sell anywhere in Gauteng<br />Closing of deals to meet a set target on a monthly basis<br />Set up meetings with PABX company’s to install on hold systems<br />Script writing for new clients<br />Own Administration<br />Work from a CRM program<br />Geberal assistance to existing clients

Inherent Requirements:
Experienced "hard sale" sales person with a good track record<br />"Hard core sales" sales experience i.e service industry. Not retail / order taking background<br />Strong telephonic and physical cold calling experience<br />Able to close deals effectively<br />Stable background, with clear personal goals<br />Good health<br />Professional demeanour and well groomed appearance<br />Team player<br />Self-motivated<br />Have the company’s interests at heart and be prepared to embrace change and company growth<br />Have a passion for sales / outgoing, high energy level<br />Have a clear understanding of what a "Sales person" is and how they are going to reach the ideal.<br />Target driven<br />A good strong personality and fun loving<br />Have a clear understanding of personal strengths and weaknesses<br />Guts and determination<br />Working hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 - 16h30
