Ensure compliance to all stores procedures, stock control and health and safety requirements related to stores and stored products. <br />Ensuring all action items allocated to or requested by others are completed successfully and<br />feedback is given, if unresolved that all involved are notified of reasons and future developments<br />To ensure that all actions are followed up on and feedback is given to all relevant parties timeously in order to prevent management having to follow up on the original request<br />Provide useful reports to management that clearly state the concept, deliverables and<br />resolutions in an easy to use manner<br />Ensure that all items received into and despatched from stores are accompanied by the correct<br />documentation<br />Reporting of non conforming items received to dales admin<br />Submit and receive paperwork to and from sales admin<br />Ensuring system is monitored and records kept<br />To ensure the seamingless running of one&rsquo;s department<br />Improvement on individual employee’s general attitude towards the work environment<br />Ensure that staff adhere to company policies and procedures<br />Ensure staff are trained to be competent and improve on business inefficiencies<br />Ensure that tasks and work load is allcoated accurately and therefore done on time and satisfactorily<br />To investigate discrepencies which may emerge from stock take and find solutions<br />Assistance with counting stock and discreprency resolution in order to close month end off<br />To keep sales staff informed of stock levels<br />Stock level management<br />To ensure stock is well maintained and correctly binned in well marked bins<br />Adhere and comply to quality manual procedures<br />To ensure store security and prevention of stock losses, ensure that all stock is issued on FIFO principle and ensure store receipt and dispatch inspection of items and documentation<br />Ensure cleanliness of the stores, ensure health and safety measure applicable to stores are in place and maintain access control into the stores<br />Accurate control and monitoring of the temperature and humidity of the stores, of shelf life items,<br />of non-conforming items, of calibrated equipment, of scrap items as per environmental and civil<br />aviation requirements, and of fire equipment<br />Ensure that all drivers of vehicles and all equipment are properly licensed<br />Scheduling and monitoring of deliveries and collections, of drivers and vehicles in order to ensure timeous delivery to customers and consignment stores<br />Ensure cleanliness and roadworthiness of vehicles as well as scheduling of regular vehicle maintenance<br />

Inherent Requirements:
Matric<br />Experience with timex products, understands how to do and run stock takes, deal with discrepancies, min-max levels etc
