Human Resource Training & Development Officer needed for a leading hotel in Cape Town! This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR training and Development Officer to lead, manage and develop multiple dedicated delivery teams through observation, coaching and robust development planning to provide world class, innovative delivery and facilitation, work with the Learning Partners, design manager and learning operation to ensure that a consistent approach to learning diagnosis and demand planning is managed. Ideally you will have a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources and/ or Education. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is essential.
