Establish/foster, build & improve on relationships with clients in their portfolio. <br />Have professional & strong customer service delivery skills to ensure the satisfaction of customers & retain them. <br />Strategically align & partner with clients on delivering wellness solutions optimally<br />Manage, execute audit all relevant processes of relating to client management.<br />Identify risk & growth opportunities within the incumbent’s allocated client portfolio<br />Deliver sustainable returns for the company by effectively managing client relations<br />Manage client expectations and client SLA deliverables.<br />Customer relationship for allocated client accounts<br />Direct continuous engagement with customers, relationship building and sustaining these relationships & improving on the engagement across different levels to foster cooperative relations intended to optimally impact the delivery of an integrated wellness solution.<br />Project manage all aspects of the assigned client portfolio<br />Work with internal teams to deliver on agreed SLA<br />Covenant monitoring, documentation, facilitation and direct engagement with customers for query regarding EWP solutions.<br />Assume responsibility for the handling of all queries relating to client portfolio/accounts<br />Responsible for the effective and timely delivery of high quality service to customers.<br />Be responsible for general relationship support to the client<br />Responsible for Business Reporting as per agreed SLA<br />Manage and deliver account Reviews that are consistent with the overall Business wellness strategy/agreement or SLA<br />Strategically build relationships with wellness partners within the client organization to deliver on an integrated wellness solutions <br />Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business<br />Constantly monitor clients’ business environment in order to identify potential opportunities or warning/risks signs.<br />Manage the risks - (e.g. being aware of issues of change - mergers & acquisition, change in employee numbers, OD- diversity issues, restructuring - an aware of all factors that can impact employee wellness)<br />Report on risk to line manager<br />Maintain records of all client documentation received and lodged for safekeeping within client files & company client management systems<br />Responsible for internal process and procedure audits relating to assigned projects <br />Write Client reports as per SLA requirements and keep records of reports<br />Establish cooperative internal relations to ensure quality services to the client<br />Responsible for contract renewals client retention of assigned portfolio<br />Source new upselling opportunities within assigned portfolio<br />Responsible for the commercial management and profitability of the assigned portfolio

Inherent Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Human Resources or Business Management <br />At least 3 years’ experience in the wellness or people management industry <br />Project management skills<br />Advanced computer literacy especially in the Microsoft suite of business tools The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team<br />Ability to do needs assessments<br />Ability to address and a professional sustainable response to client’s needs<br />Ability to focus on more than one project at a time <br />Excellent linguistic ability<br />Business report writing skills<br />Strong customer service orientation and response to customer needs<br />Experience in a corporate business environment, demonstrating work and time management skills<br />Ability to work independently, while interacting with a large number of stakeholders<br />High level of innovation<br />Problem solving skills<br />Quality orientation / Attention to detail<br />Professionalism, excellence and integrity<br />
