Inherent Requirements:
Call Centre experience not essential but MUST have:<br />-Clinical / Counselling-related honours/Masters Degree (e.g. psychology, social sciences) <br />-Professional registration (updated annually)<br /><br />Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette<br />Sound knowledge of Employee Wellbeing Programme<br />Sound knowledge of solution-focused therapy<br />Will consider 2+ years experience in tele-counselling / tele-coaching<br />At least 1 years’ experience in Employee Wellbeing Programmes<br />Experience in call centre environment preferred<br />Computer and telecommunication system literate<br />Keyboard skills - speed (minimum 45 words per minute) & accuracy<br />Excellent auditory, verbal and written linguistic skills (NOTE: Business English is required)<br />ESSENTIAL: Must speak any of the official African languages i.e. Zulu, Xhosa, Vhenda and Tsonga<br />Ability to comprehend, capture & interpret client requirements within SLA limitations<br />Ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information<br />Good interpersonal skills<br />Sound judgment & problem-solving skills<br />Excellent attendance & punctuality<br />Ability to work well in a highly-changeable but highly-structured environment (call centre with shifts)<br />Ability to accommodate shifts outside of normal business hours<br />Highly stress-tolerant<br />Strong customer service bias<br />Integrity <br />Project management / organizational / work management skills<br />Ability to work within tight deadlines<br />Quality orientation / Attention to detail <br />Working Hours (Shifts, Rotated):<br />6.30am - 3.30pm<br />10.00am - 6.30pm<br />8.30pm - 4.30am<br />Weekend standby (do not have to go into office - will take calls on mobile phone, paid for by Company)
