Human Resource Development Manager needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng! This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Development Manager to develop, implement and monitor the Social and Labour Plan, including ABET, succession Planning, learnership programmes, mentoring programmes and employee housing, supervise training budgetary process, ensure that core HR functions and targets are coordinated and implemented. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Psychology or related HR degree. A minimum of 8 years experience in an operational HR role in mining environment is essential.
