Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the co-ordination and where necessary, assistance with the preparation, review and submission of monthly business entity financial accounts and the consolidation thereof for the Group in terms of IFRS to Shareholders along with cash flow information, completion and submission of all Group tax returns and dealing with any queries from SARS, co-ordination of the Budgeting and Forecasting process, involvement in the interim and year-end audits and ad hoc projects driven from a financial perspective.<br />

Inherent Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant. <br />In terms of experience it is preferable that the person must have completed articles with one of the larger international audit firms with large client exposure and have gained commercial experience in a financial manager role subsequent to the completion of articles. <br />The position requires an assertive person with broader commercial awareness, numerical accuracy, good communication skills and assertiveness and who has the ability to deliver quality information under tight deadlines, a motivated individual who is highly organised and does not compromise on quality of output.
