An employee who utlizises a holistic business system to effectively develop, manage,<br />enable, and execute a mutually beneficial, interpersonal exchange of goods and/or<br />services for equitable value resulting in increased sales and customer volumes which<br />impact and add to the company’s profit margin. This job profile constitutes the primary<br />duties and functions of the employee and forms an integral part of their employment<br />contract. Alternative duties, assignments and projects may be afforded to the<br />employee and the job profile may be amended from time to time as may be required<br />by the company.<br />Ensuring all action items allocated to or requested by others are completed successfully and<br />feedback is given, if unresolved that all involved are notified of reasons and future developments<br />To ensure that all actions are followed up on and feedback is given to all relevant parties<br />timeously in order to prevent management having to follow up on the original request<br />To provide useful reports to management that clearly state the concept, deliverables and<br />resolutions in an easy to use manner<br />The identifiacation and promotion of new agencies to our company<br />Providing support, information and feedback to existing agencies linked to the company<br />The frequency of customer visits and communication<br />Increase sale targets on exisiting and new product sales to existing customers<br />The swift resolution of customer/supplier/employee problems, queries and requests<br />Compliance and adherence to company financial policy and terms and conditions. Assisting with<br />outstanding debtors<br />Ensure customers receive all necessary documentation required within an acceptable timeframe<br />To provide useful reports to management that clearly state the concept, deliverables and<br />resolutions in an easy to use manner<br />To meet / exceed / underspend annual budget and provide monthly reports on achievements /<br />shortfalls<br />To provide useful reports to management that clearly state the concept, deliverables and<br />resolutions in an easy to use manner<br />To meet / exceed / underspend annual budget and provide monthly reports on achievements /<br />shortfalls<br />To work with marketing and track the marketing process with customers and company<br />Identify business and business opportunities<br />Keeping abreast of customer changes, developments and needs<br />Communication and sharing of market knowledge and intelligence in order to enhance the<br />company’s market share<br />Communication and sharing of product knowledge and intelligence in order to enhance the<br />company’s market share<br />Increase customer base as per agreed target<br />Source tenders or projects that are viable and will generate income<br />Supervision of team to meet allocated timelines, milestones and quality standards<br />Training of team members to be competent to perform allocated tasks efficiently<br />Provide technical support to staff and customers
Inherent Requirements:
At least a BCom or a degree in business management<br />Atleast 5/6 years relevant experience in a managementy position<br />Must be able to run projects
