Transformation Manager needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Transformation Manager to perform duties in social labour planning, creating transformation strategy and drive the implementation, align transformtion objective with the business strategy, facilitate and coordinate change processes and diversity management, facilitate and coordinate development of employment equity plans, manage Abet programme, manage women in mining program and manage the Graduate Development Programme. Ideally you will have a Masters Business Administration and Degree in Human Resources. A minimum of 8 years experience as Transformation Manager in a mining environment is essential.
