Learning and Development Consultant needed for a leading finance company in Johannesburg! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Consultant to identify, analyse and manage the training and development needs, partner with management to obtain buy-in and commitment towards all development initiatives, play a key role in establishing a culture of continuous learning, development and performance enhancement, co-design and assist with the implementation of a customised leadership model and associated interventions of coaching and development, assist Head of HR with change management programmes, act as Skills Development Facilitator, manage the updating of information on the VIP training module and support HR with development initiatives. Ideally you will have a relevant Degree specialising in training and development such as Human Resource Development. A minimum of 8 years experience in a Learning & Development role in a finance environment is essential.
