We are growing our IT recruitment team and seek an experienced specialist IT recruitment consultant. Based at the clients Head Office you will fulfill the role as the area recruiter supporting the clients HR Dept.

Freesource Accounts Executives / Recruiters are based at our Clients offices and work hand-in-hand with the clients Human Resource Departments in fulfilling the requirements of the Client. 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to bolster our IT Recruitment Specialist department based at one of our clients, a large financial institution with in excess of 50 000 employees. The Client is aggressively expending it scope throughout Africa and globally and as such requires a significant number of on-going IT resources. 

The successful candidate will be required to work concurrently on in excess of 50 specs at any given time ranging from general staff to Director level.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from screening, telephone interviews, testing, face to face interviews and offer stages

Business development & Relationship building of HR partners  

Obtaining detailed job specs from your HR partners and placing the Job adverts online

Run resume searches online and on the in-house database

Response handling, short-listing & interviewing of Candidates

Performing detailed reference checks on candidates, including MIE (Credit, Qualification checks, as well as Criminal checks 

Setting up interviews

Submitting CV’s to clients

Scheduling interviews between clients and candidates

Negotiating rates and offers with clients and candidates

Filing of correspondence

Regret unsuccessful candidates

Doing follow-ups with both client and candidate after placement 

Updating of database    

Canvassing the area in which we operate for new business opportunities

Adhering to Service Level agreements between clients and ourselves

 

You must have a demonstrable, successful track record within the IT recruitment arena.
