Human Resources Development Coordinator needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Development Coordinator to perform duties in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, implementing learning and development interventions, knowledge of ISO 18001, 14001 and 9001, implementing employee assistance programmes, and regularly reviewing HR/ER policies in order to meet changing business needs. Ideally you will have a relevant Education, Training and Development Diplomaon NQF5 level, Blasting Certificate/ registered Assessor and Moderator with the MQA Mine. A minimum of 5 years experience as HR Development field in a mining environment is essential.
