We need a strong Assistant F&B manager for our client, a busy 3-star resort and conferencing hotel in Rustenburg. We are looking for hotel-school qualified applicants with 2 – 3 years’ working experience in larger, full service hotels. Groups and conventions experience will be an advantage. We need hands-on, feisty individuals who are willing to take on a challenge and grow within this dynamic national hotel group. The position involves assisting the Food and Beverage manager with administration and profitability of the food and beverage department, handling conferencing and groups, guest satisfaction, and staff effectiveness, productivity and training, and interaction with the other hotel departments.
