We are looking for a qualified, experienced Food and Beverage Manager for our client, a boutique hotel in Tzaneen. The successful candidate will have a formal hotel school qualification and will have experience in handling the entire food and beverage operation within full service 4 – 5 star hotels as Food and Beverage Manager for at least 3 years. The position includes responsibility for administration and profitability of the food and beverage department, guest satisfaction, and staff effectiveness, productivity and training, and interaction with the other hotel departments.
