Job Requirements

Degree in town and regional planning with minimum of 2 year experience in propertydevelopment or civil engineering.
Working both independently and in ateam-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adapt to conducting research intoproject-related issues and products.

Responsibilities

Performing a full Due Diligence for newproperties. Tenderand defining the risks and advantages thereof.
Understanding the acquisition of developmentrights for a property and the ability to manage the various role playerstherein.
Taking the property from a rights ready statusto the sale of individual units(tenders, services agreements, installation of services etc).
Understanding the responsibilities of all thedifferent role players active in the development of a property.

Compiling accurate feasibilities and budgets/cash flowsreports for the proposed development, taking into account all factors.
Constant and effective liaising withMunicipalities, the public, contractors, consultants, stakeholders, superiorsand other internal departments.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts withinthe project team.

Remuneration

Negotiable - Depending of the candidate’s levelof knowledge in the property development field.
