We are looking for a strong, “hands-on” maintenance manager for our client, a 3 star resort hotel in the Rustenburg area. The successful applicant will have at least 5 – 7 year’s suitable experience, and an electrical qualification is a pre-requisite for the position. The position is better suited to a single person. Duties will include maintenance of all buildings including electrics and plumbing, as well as overseeing maintenance of the grounds and facilities. Responsibilities include: · Ensuring that the property is maintained in accordance with policies and procedures and within the unit budgetary objectives. · Ensuring that sufficient planning is in place for effective service delivery. · Training and leading the maintenance team. Job requirements are: · Relevant diploma · Basic computer literacy: MS Office, MS Projects · Ability to instruct and control teams · Good communication and inter-personal skills · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines · Valid driver’s license If you feel that you are the right person for this challenging position and you have an electrical qualification and relevant experience, please email your 4 page CV to us.
