Open door policy, fresh and mature approach is required!
Responsibilities include but are NOT LIMITED TOO:
Managing daily sales reps activities (recruit, develop and train on best practices)
Support, develop and motivate sales reps (monitor team performance, ensuring the success of the team)
Ensure the daily operations run smoothly (daily distribution of workload managed)
VERY NB: My client is not looking for the "run of the mill" type Call Centre Manager - you need to bring along something that will set you apart from others - ideally that X Factor)
2-4 years Call Center SALES experience or 2 years Call Center SUPERVISOR/MANAGER or 2 Field Sales Manager role
Tertiary Qualification IDEAL
CLEAR CREDIT AND CRIMINAL RECORD ESSENTIAL
A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF THE INTERNET, SALES TECHNIQUES WITH A STRONG TECHNICAL APTITUDE WOULD be highly recommended!
