Salary: R30 000.00 - R40 000.00

Requirements

• Must have a clothing /manufacturing background
• Min 10 years experience in clothing production Management Knowledge on work study and HR procedures.
• Work Study qualification
• Must have experience in knitwear Assertive Person
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build and manage a team Hands on approach.
• Must be willing to relocate to Ficksburg.

Duties

• Extensive operational management exposure to a factory enviroment
• Development of a strategic and operational plan for csp and insure production thereafter
• Manage and implement policies and systems for the day to day operational requirements.
• Provide expertise to matters relating operations in the factory. Compile and present daily and monthly reports and maintaining budgets. able to manage and run factory with a compliment of 300 staff,
