A world-class producer of Chrome ore,who supplies most of its product to the Ferrochrome Smelter in Machadodorp. The mine is situated about 60 kilometers from Lydenburg in the Mpumalanga Province. The successful applicant will report to the HR Superintendent: OD & Recruitment

Qualifications:

•    Human Resources related Honours Degree
•    Registration as Psychometrist at the HPCSA

Requirements:

•    At least two years’ relevant experience, including Psychometric Assessment and Organizational Development
•    Experience in a mining environment will be advantageous
•    Knowledge of the Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Act, Mining Charter
•    Competent in mine HR systems
•    Computer literate for role
•    English proficiency
•    Good interpersonal skills and communication
•    High work standards and methodical approach
•    Initiative & Adaptability
•    Results orientation
•    Confidentiality and Integrity
•    Valid Code B Driver’s Licence

•    Psychometric and non-psychometric assessment services
•    Organizational development policies, procedures and practices
•    Talent Management
•    Implementing and maintaining psychological wellness programmes
•    Change Management
•    Compiling weekly and monthly reports
•    Establishing a performing culture
•    Effective administration and reporting
