Overview & responsibilities: <br />Procurement function for maintenance division <br />Material and stock control <br />Liaising with finance and ensuring that the correct administration process is followed <br />Placing orders with suppliers and following up on deliveries on a daily basis <br />Any other data capturing functions<br />Benchmarking<br />Any other admin functions as required<br /><br /><br /><br />

Inherent Requirements:
Essential skills: <br />Min 3 years experience in a creditors role<br />Previous creditors and purchasing experience essential<br />Strong analytical ability<br />Excellent communication skills<br />Excellent team player and competence in multitasking.<br />Ability to communicate & develop a good working relationship with various internal departments,<br />Prepared to work abnormal and extended hours which could include weekends. <br />Good excel and IT knowledge<br />
