Reporting to the National Sales Manager <br />Based in Cape Town (Atlantis), the incumbent will work as an RSM and is required to be professinal in his/her conduct while carrying out his/her responsibilities. The successful candidate must be motivated, have good business acumen, be socially acceptable and a team player.<br />He or she will be expected to represent the company at functions. The incumbent must have the ability to conduct business in a literate and consultative manner and exhibit high levels of energy and technical problem solving abilities.<br />As the incumbent will be working largely independently, he/she must possess a high level of self-discipline, self-motivation and be trustworthy.<br />The positin will involve travelling throughout SA and to neighbouring states i.e. Namibia. A valid passport and drivers licence is essential.<br />Principal Accountabilities:<br />To generate sales of both consumables and equipment<br />To meet sales targets and expectations<br />To be well versed and experienced in sales<br />To grow the business

Inherent Requirements:
Requirements:<br />At least 4-5 years sales experience<br />Ability to exceed the sales targets prsented showing both volume and profitable growth and to generate new business<br />Ability to handle pricing and quotations and keep abreast with new products and developments<br />Ensure all receivables are collected in line with the company policy<br />Timeous reporting and admin work<br />Adherence to the strategic initiatives in the company and the code of ethics<br />Presentation skills<br />Energetic and able bodied<br />Computer literate<br />A valid passport and drivers licence is essential.
