Blue Chip international concern requires a Financial manager to be responsible for the entire financial function for a large FMCG warehousing organisation.Logistics operations experience would be an advantage.rnDO YOU HAVE A CIS?(OPTIONAL)

APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE FINANCIAL,OPERATIONAL & INVENTORY/STOCK EXPERIENCE & HAVE WORKED IN A LARGE DC/WAREHOUSE.




Completed Accounting Degree with a minimum 5 years experience as a Financial Manager

Warehousing/Retail/FMCG with Product experience would be an advantage

Should have a strong financial and commercial

background

Should be a good communicater

Must be able to manage stress of the

environment and be able to prioritise

Must be dynamic and comfortable to deal with

changing priorities on the spur of the moment

Responsible for all financial aspects of the companies Warehouses and Service Centres

Support the Business Unit Head to ensure the

smooth operation of the Financial and Commercial environment.

Month end reporting (including review and

analysis)

Budgeting and forecasting

Year end audit

IFRS Standards

VAT- Vat reconciliations and returns

completed Review of Tax position and

provisional payments

Tax - Review of Tax position and provisional

payments

Inventory and Asset Management

Staff Management & Consignment stock

Inventory counts

Inventory Age Analysis

Debtors and Cash Control

Cash ups and bank recons are kept up to

date for all stores.

  Risk Management

 Human Resources

 Managing relationships between warehouse and

head office staff

Team supervision

Ensuring that transactions are clearly

tracked through the claims process until

payment is received and allocated
