Main objective
Outbound sales department requires self motivated Telesales Call Centre Agents who can fluently speak either Russian. You should be confident in your ability activate and promote company products. The outbound team is part of the company's Contact Centre and makes outbound telephone calls to new and existing customers to market our products. Shift work is involved.
Key performance areas
- To manage proactive outbound calling to various customer segments
- Work to daily and weekly objectives and targets
- Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
- Offer customers new promotions
- Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level
- To ensure outbound sales targets are consistently achieved
- Feedback recurring customer issues to Team Leader and relevant internal department, where applicable
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience
- First point of contact for most customers - must act as an ambassador for the company
- Updating System and recording customer responses
Skills and attributes
- Must have at least 6 months experience in a customer service / Telesales role, ideally in a contact centre environment and dealing with high value customers
- Must have worked to targets and objectives
- Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and another language
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers
- High level of sales flair, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution
- Able to efficiently handle objections
- A proven team player with a 'can do' attitude
- Results drive and passionate about attaining targets
- Self Motivated
- Able to work in a pressurized environment
