ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Ermelo Justice Centre
Salary: R275 909 per annum (Level 10)
(Ref. L/MP 01/19)

Key outputs: • Maintain Justice Centre Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Justice Centre and advise JCE on application • Manage reports to accurately reflect status of strategy implementation • Manage and monitor the correct use of petty cash • Manage infrastructure and fixed assets • Monitor adherence to new/revised policies and procedures
• Manage procurement and payments (sourcing quotes from suppliers, processing of invoice, order, etc) • Manage over and underexpenditure • Control and maintain budgets • Efficiently manage vehicle and fleet.


Competencies (skills, knowledge and attributes) required: • Grade 12 plus 3-year relevant tertiary qualification • 5 years’ administrative experience • 2 years’ relevant management experience • Understanding and application of basic computer software packages • Ability to develop and implement Operational Plans • Leadership and problem solving skills • Resource and risk management • Business writing skills • Ability to compile reports and statistics.
