Requirements:

  • Must be presentable and image conscious
  • Business studies, professional training or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in fashion retail
  • Strong Leadership with an assertive personality
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in team management
  • Must be able to use own initiative
  • Highly flexible
  • Highly motivated and focussed
  • Capacity for hard work, dedication, leadership and initiative
  • Dynamic, flexible, agile, resolute and optimistic

 

Other Knowledge:

  • PC skill (MS-word, excel, PPT)

 

Store Operations

  • Maintain an active presence at point of sale.
  • Maintain product control in your section to meet sales objectives.
  • Transmit all relevant information in terms of the product.
  • Assist store manager with the maintenance and cleanliness of store.
  • Inform store manager about the provision of material for their section.
  • Responsible for controlling and protection of all store assets.
  • Responsible for complying with all the rules for using the cash registers and the administrative procedures of the Company.

 

Staff management

  • Develop, select, maintain and organise the store team.
  • Responsible for selecting the best candidate for the position.
  • Assist with their integration into the company.
  • Organise personnel and control budgets for internal personnel.
  • Guarantee a correct image for their team and their section.

 

Customer

  • Understand, anticipate and satisfy the needs of customers
  • Responsible for the correct handling of complaints and returns.

 

Merchandise

  • Efficiently ordering of merchandise.
  • Organise the process of receiving merchandise.
  • Responsible for optimising stock.
  • Responsible for applying merchandising criteria to their section.
  • Organise the inventory and control wastage, in line with the objectives of the Company.
