Well established International Company with a modern wood panel manufacturing plant in White River requires a Production / Shift Manager. Qualifications: Degree / Diploma / Technical Qualifications a must Highly computerized systems on reporting -excellent computer skills Skills: A well experienced candidate with heavy manufacturing experience (min15 years) to head up a team of 12 people, shift work. Shifts 12 hrs. -4 days on -4 days off.

Well experienced in leading a team to fulfil production quotas and liaise with Factory manager and National Divisional Manager.

Must be able to motivate staff -high priority

Must be analytical and be able to draw conclusions to solve problems on the spot

Adaptability to production quotas, management directives and staff motivation very important
