PCM agent

This position entails:  assisting customers who encounter errors or any other problems while registering an online account.  Convert all potential customers to purchasing customers online via Live Chat and outbound calling.  Assist all clients with sign up offers and continuous marketing promotions.  Daily reporting on activities and notification of any irregularities to the Floor manager team.  Work closely with the PCM Team Leader and Inbound Call Centre in order to provide and continuously improve the best possible experience to customers. 

Requirements:  Matric.  Must have minimum 3 years solid Outbound / Direct Sales / Cold Calling call centre experience.  Have a clear voice and excellent telephone skills (Call Centre Training).  Computer literate with a workable knowledge of e-mail, MS Office and typing abilities.  Show strong attention to detail.  Work well under pressure and be flexible on overtime – MUST be able to work shifts.  Our call centre is a 24 hour operations division and our agents work on a rotational shift basis. This includes night shifts and one 12 hour shift.

Own reliable transport is essential as public transport will not be available after hours.
