GENERAL MANAGER (POULTRY EXP) , PRETORIA, RNEG + BEN. Large Poultry Group is seeking a General Manager. To head and manage the complete running and operations at their Broiler Division. Grade 12 + Tert qual + min 10 years experience in Management within Poultry Industry – NOT NEGOTIABLE.

Job Description

- Profit centre head.

- Member of the top management team, in designing and developing corporate business plan &    budgets.

- Align the region with the organizational business goals.

- Drives the organization to achieve regional operational & financial performance.

- Derive the business plan and get it approved from the management.

- Organize necessary associated inputs & resources for delivering the necessary regional output.

- To achieve operational and financial performance of all the divisions of the region.

- Assign the goals, monitor and review the performance of the personnel working in the region.

- To achieve trader, farmer and industry satisfaction thro a survey after identifying the factors that satisfies them.

- Customer handling and customer satisfaction.

- Implement the corporate directives.

- Ensure compliance of QMS and ISO processes.

- Ensure smooth working environment and improving the morale of the employee's thro' employee engagement survey.

- Introducing innovative initiatives in operations.

- Specific assignment on Regional project implementation.
