A LEADING INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION IS SETTING UP A CALL CENTRE SPECIALISING IN IT HARDWARE SUPPORT.rnTHE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY QUALIFICATION,SUCH AS,A+ or MCSE or PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTRE,IT SUPPORT.




TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION: A+ or MCSE,

IT CALL CENTRE EXP PREFERABLE.

HIGH CALL VOLUME CAPABILITY.

ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDANTLY
.
ABILITY TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULT CLIENTS
.
OWN TRANSPORT.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS ESSENTIAL

 THE CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO MANAGE  TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON A SPECIFIC BRAND

MUST BE PROFESSIONAL

ABILILITY TO BE EFFICIENT AND MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE TIME AND PRIORITISE
