• To assist the new product development function including;
  • Concept development
  • Liaison and briefing of Research and Development, Production, Distribution, third party
  • Suppliers (converters) and service providers, sales personnel and sales agents.
  • Product development briefs
  • Packaging briefs
  • Costing and Pricing briefs
  • Adherence to statutory requirements
  • Market Research
  • Promotional support/programs (including PR and advertorial)
  • EAN compliance
  • Product launch briefs
  • Product launch evaluation (sales and profitability analysis and evaluation)
• To assist with the implementation of communication and promotional activity including the sourcing of promotional material, briefing (internal and external), implementation and evaluation of such activity.
• Assistance with the development of the Web Site and other customer care facilities in conjunction with the appointed service provider in line with the agreed Marketing and Brand strategy.
• Development of new business opportunities.
• Management of the product image library in conjunction with the appointed service provider.
• Customer liaison, problem solving and query resolution.
• Assistance with budgeting, resource allocation and cost control.
