Liaise with Customers to increase market share by determining what their projections are in terms of orders for MECS and follow up to achieve those sales and in turn reach Company targets set.<br />Communicate special programs, present marketing/advertising programs and new products, and collect competitive information, handle and resolve problems and complaints,<br />And collect overdue receivables.<br />Sell all products and concentrate on high performance products and Value -adding selling.<br />Drive the Orders through the Company by liaising internally with all Divisions to meet Customers’ expectations<br />Contact clients on database requesting for orders Daily:15 Quality telephonic calls per day<br />Increase and Meet sales expectations from Sales Daily:Monthly target set per customer and <br />Manager sales received per customer<br />Check each morning what orders have been placed by customer on. <br />Daily checking. Accuracy of Order Traceability - half hour to enter information after order placed<br />order traceability and written in Order Book <br />Follow-up with each relevant department on process of order i.e.Daily. Customer feedback<br />Customer services - Job Card been printed <br />purchaser - raw materials ordered and expected delivery date <br />Purchaser - Customers raw arrived ,if not follow up with customer <br />Receiving- has received job card and when job is to be issued <br />Compounding - job card received expected completion date <br />Quality Control - check sample issued to customer requirements <br />Manufacturing - check when running and expected completion date <br />Despatch - when product is to be delivered<br />Management - report daily delays in orders of raws, issuing, manufacturing or delivering of goods.DailyReports <br />Update all above information daily on Order Traceability.Daily capturing <br />Email updated Order Traceability to customer on progress of their order.Daily emailing Customer Feedback<br />Sms expected completion of product to customer Daily sms to customer <br />Oversee returns to customers and complete customers documentation <br />Meet with Managers in Production Planning Meeting twice weekly to plan for customer priority of orders and progress of orders.Production meeting <br />Liaise and obtain from customers following projections.Monthly Supply Sales Manager by 25th of each month <br />Monthly projections per customer for following monthS and Annual <br />Check daily turnover of customer to ensure on track for monthly .Daily Supply Sales Manager on Monday morning <br />projections and take necessary action to rectify figures per customer<br />File all emailed, faxed and written correspondence on customer file.Monthly <br />Co-ordinate all queries <br />Arrange customer to visit our factory every three months <br />Obtain important personal information about your customer and create <br />Updated Birthday List Monthly send next month’s clients birthday cards<br />and keep up to date on PASTEL Evolution under Notes to customer<br />Conduct customer education and product information meetings <br />Entertain customers <br />Update all client information with Customer Liaison staff <br />All Customer Correspondence - hard copy printed and filed Daily <br />Filing done daily<br />Use and update all telephonic, emailed correspondence on Contact Management on Pastel Evolution Daily <br />Effective usage of Pastel<br />New Business <br />Make at least 25 quality sales calls each week on prospects, identify <br />potential growth areas and open new accounts <br />Call on accounts in clusters. Work one section of territory each day. <br />Complete Pre-Plan call sheets for the week. <br />Weekly Collect from Sales Manager Pre-plan call sheets By 9.00a.m each Monday.<br />Supply customers with samples to test. Complete a sample requisition <br />Order Books must be completed in full by client, signed and order number <br />Supplied. <br />Orders must be captured immediately on return to <br />Office or if faxed to you, captured immediately on receipt. <br />Administrative <br />Operate within Expense budgets and Submit expense reports monthly <br />Sales Manager to receive expense report with<br />for authorisation to Sales Manager <br />Monthly Substantiating documentation week of payroll cut-off by 20th of month<br />Complete and submit credit applications for new accounts <br />Daily Invoice on Pastel Evolution <br />Daily Correct pricing <br />Filing of Picking Slip, Job Card and Return, Delivery Note and Invoice <br />Daily Correct filing<br />Company Relations <br />Work with, develop positive relationships with, communicate with, and <br />co-ordinate activities with other employees in customer services, accounting, <br />Human resources and all other internal departments. <br />Communicate effectively,coorperate with fellow salespeople and management <br />
