To maximize and convert potential business in order to meet monthly sales targets.<br />Operate within a designated area and customer base. The retention and development of<br />new business is the key focus. The Consultant should improve awareness, knowledge and demand for the services of the company.<br />Responsible to promote, build and maintain the commercial and personal relationship with customers<br />To conduct daily/weekly, calls/visits to all key customers and sites in line with company standards<br />Manage Key account sites on correct useage of machines, any additional requirements, ensure that<br />the customer has received service standards and maximize any other potential<br />To ensure the effective promotion of the services of company to increase turnover and profitability.<br />To increase the customer base and market share of company by ensuring that all opportunities<br />are investigated thoroughly and timeously.<br />Conduct full site inspections whilst on site, talk to users & audit machines<br />Investigate all new opportunities on site<br />Make contact with all decision makers<br />Follow up on any allocated customer queries and orders and ensure regular customer feedback<br />Follow up on any allocated debtors queries<br />Ensure that any customer administrative requirements are fulfilled on site<br />Assist hire desk in obtaining any outstanding documentation such as credit applications & orders<br />Responsible for achieving sales targets which will be evaluated on a monthly basis<br />Responsible to meet the call cycles and performance standard as set out by the Company policy<br />New Business: Target new facilities, projects and companies for growth<br />Target head office contacts for opportunities on new sites<br />Target opposition customers for conversion Responsible to sell our full variety of products and<br />services.<br />Responsible to implement the commercial plan as set out by the Key Accounts / Sales Managers, within the geographical area assigned to you.<br />Conduct demonstrations and presentations in order to generate new business in order to educate customers in respect of the full range of products & services<br />Complete site management and company management forms<br />Complete enquiry forms<br />Complete weekly & monthly stock forecasting<br />Complete daily/weekly planner<br />Responsible for resolving any allocated Debtors issues<br />Deliver invoicing to customer where necessary , ensure customer and Eazi process is followed to ensure timeous payments<br />To collate information on a regular basis regarding competitor’s rates, activities and advertising.<br />To ensure that the quality of service that the Company provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are treated with the utmost importance at all times.<br />To promote the company and do everything possible to enhance it’s image.<br />To ensure that all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements.<br />To work in harmony with other employees in the company.<br />To ensure that confidentiality in all the company matters is maintained.<br />To produce other information as required and to carry out other identified duties either directly or indirectly as requested by your manager from time to time.<br />Compliance to standard operating guidelines

Inherent Requirements:
Sound Sales Experience<br />5 Years Sales experience within a corporate or semi-corporate environment<br />Rental Industry knowledge an advantage<br />Working in a CRM environment an advantage
