A company that is growing its client base seeks to employ a customer service agent from a call centre to assist in inbound and outbound calls on a day to day bases.

The requirements are as follows:

• Matric
• Call Centre Certificate
• 1 year solid experience as customer service agent in a call centre a must (no job hoppers)
• Must be computer literate in Outlook, Ms Word and Ms Excel
• Have lots of Energy
• Good Communicator with strong Language skills in Venda or Xhosa
• Must have strong persuasive skills

Outputs

• Data Capturing vital client information where Listen and Key Skills are a requirement
• extract information from Excel therefore the skill required
• have strong follow up skills , and have the ability to follow up promptly with clients
• Respond to email enquirers timorously
