Exciting opportunity exists for a Receptionist / Admin Clerk for an Engineering / Construction Company based in Krugersdorp
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Clerical experience (approximately 3 years)
- Excellent MS-Office Computer skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent Communication skills at all levels – verbal and written
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good follow up skills
- Previous exposure to an accounting software package would be an advantage.
- A Secretarial Office administration or qualifications would be advantageous
Role:
- Switchboard duties
- Front Office – reception of visitors/clients
- General Administration duties
- Assist Operations Manager’s with loading instructions
- Get daily kilometres and hours for input on Utilization reports
- Receiving, controlling and regular banking of all local Cash Sales
- The recording, taking and preparing of all minutes of meetings etc.
- Correspondence, faxes, e-mails and communications and distributions to all concerned on all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Stationery – Printed/Computer/General – Ordering and controlling thereof
- Constant liaising with the Branch Administrator – Johannesburg on all aspects pertaining to all Administrative functions of the Branch.
- Deposits for all Creditors and Imprest Accounts
- Assist marketing Manager with admin functions
- Daily couriering and control of courier stationery
- Ordering and control of monthly hampers
- Cash Sale Invoicing, quotes and stock control
- Assisting departments when required (Creditors, Admin, Factory, Workshop and Operations)
- Other duties that may be reasonably expected to perform within the Company from time to time.
