Job Details

The SM Key Account Manager is responsible for the overall management of the SM division. This includes planning, procurement, range building and development. As well as sales and profit contribution of the division. rnSM division includes – hats, gloves a



-          Teamwork and internal and external communication essential.

  1. Range Building and Presentation
  • ·         To plan & develop new ranges by customer
  • ·         Encompass a ‘good, better, best’ principal within each range.
  • ·         Range presentations, both externally & internally.
  • ·         Close analysis of development to sales ratio.

 

  1. Sales
    • To pro-actively drive sales.
    • To achieve sales budgets & budgeted GP.
    • Confirmation of all aspects related to orders placed.
    • Continually striving to acquire new accounts.
    • Furthermore, to actively manage & clear ageing stock.

 

  1. Customers
    • Strive to maintain current customer base.
    • Where suitable, introduce other areas of business within the organization, to current customers.
    • Continuously target & develop new customers.
    • Always maintain a high level of professionalism & efficiency with customers.
    • Store visits & competitive shopping.

 

  1. Analysis
  • ‘Post Seasonal Analysis’, bi-annually
  • Sales Forecasts
  • Yearly Budgets
  • Monitoring of stock
