Sales Assistant

Reports to:
Store Manager/ Assistant Manager
•
Objective:
o
Consistently provide friendly and efficient customer service in order to
achieve sales goals.
•
Job Duties:
o
Assist in achieving the stores planned sales goals through the promotion of
customer service, product knowledge, company services and suggestive
selling.
o
Responsible for the overall image of the store.
o
Assist in creating a positive working environment.
o
Display willingness to learn and show initiative.
o
Excellent selling skills.
o
Be a team player.
o
Show commitment to the company as well as the tasks at hand.
o
Deal with customers on a daily basis.
o
Maintain a professional appearance.
o
Action and maintain housekeeping responsibilities.
o
Contribute to merchandising of store i.e. folding, packing, unpacking etc.
o
Price all merchandise accurately.
o
Comply with company policies and procedures.
o
