FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER – 5* HOTEL PROPERTY, WINELANDS! 5* Property in the Winelands is currently looking to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. You will be responsible for all guest service aspects of the Food and Beverage Departments, including all Restaurants, Bars, Room Service and private dining. You should be a hands-on manager with knowledge across all areas of Food and Beverage, including fine dining. You will be required to oversee all Food and Beverage service operations in this extensive property and ensure the highest standards of service and product knowledge are consistently maintained and improved upon. You will be required to build positive relationships with all departments to ensure that Food & Beverage is a key driver of the property. This is an excellent opportunity to join the senior management team and develop a sales orientated Food and Beverage team creating an up-selling culture. P&L is a key responsibility and your thorough understanding thereof will be of benefit. You should be able to demonstrate a successful career within Food and Beverage which reveals experience in high volume luxury properties. The ability to train, develop and motivate people to achieve targets which you set is essential.
