An international manufacturing group is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to work in the collections division

Essential :
• Grade 12;
• Code 8 drivers and forklift licenses.
Desirable :
• Diploma, preferably in logistics and/or materials management. Alternatively, a relevant combination of formal (Supply Chain related) qualifications and additional specialised studies.
• Membership of relevant professional body e.g. SAPICS, CIPS.
• Other vehicle licenses

Responsible for overseeing, coordinating and controlling all activities, people, assets, technology and documentation related to the binning, safe storage, picking, issuing, collections and general housekeeping of designated inventory and storage locations
Warehousing
•In depth knowledge of and experience in inventory and warehouse management best practice principles;
•Professional experience (5 yrs) in warehousing;
•Experience in supervising teams;
•Relevant ERP system experience, preferably SAP Materials Management.
