Chef de Parties required for Beautiful Busy Restaurant Cape Peninsula! This Popular Tourist Restaurant in a stunning setting on the Southern Cape Peninsula is now looking to recruit Junior Chefs at Chef de Partie levels to work in part of a large team of dedicated chef under a brilliant Head Chef serving great quality Seasonal dishes and responsible for the production, mise en place and service of dishes. The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position must have strong communication skills and be a great Leader and Team Player and capable of running a section in a fast paced organised kitchen and be responsible for that section and training junior staff. You must be able to work under pressure on your own initiative and have a good sense or consistency and stock control. Talented, passionate and aspiring Chefs are required with the ambition to develop and learn from a Great Head chef.
