The successful candidate will facilitate and conduct training interventions in the mining environment, which will include on-the-job assessments and follow-up coaching and training.

HRD Facilitator (Plant)

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will facilitate and conduct training interventions in the mining environment, which will include on-the-job assessments and follow-up coaching and training. The incumbent will evaluate and make recommendations in terms of training material compliance – including accuracy and relevancy – against mine standards and procedures.

Requirements: Grade 12, a Train-the-Trainer Certificate of Competency and an Assessor’s Certificate of Competency are required, while a relevant degree/National Diploma/National Certificate would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess working experience in a plant (beneficiation plant) process environment, and a driver’s licence. 2 years' working experience in a minng environment would be advantageous.
