Issue job card for installation

Receive job card back from workshops

Check costing, get authorization and invoice

Supply customer with invoice and sign off

Receive instructions to open job card for repairs

Open job cards

Issue job card to workshops

Receive job card back from workshops when repair is complete

Check job card and issue quote to customer for repair

Follow up order no.

On receipt of order, check costing, get authorization

Invoice job card

Provide customer with invoice and sign off.
