Requirements

• Degree in Fashion / Marketing / Brand Management or Equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in the Fashion Industry
• Computer Literacy
• Assertive and Leadership Skills
• Operational and Product Development Knowledge
• Experience of developing marketing plans, advertising and promotions
• Good communication, management and organizational skills
• Strong numerical/planning skills

Duties

• Develop Brand Image and awareness.
• Collaborates with buying team to develop the product mix
• Recommends and coordinates the critical path and delivery of brand promotions
• Responsible for the most cost effective and best quality production of all communication materials
• Responsible for opening of new stores
• Responsible for buying of ladies and men’s (jeans and footwear)
• To act as the communications partner, promoting and developing the brand
• To ensure effective communication with agencies in all markets and ensure adherence to agreed procedures, cost agreements and service levels
• Coordinates with brand and operations teams to support the launch / implementation / feedback of marketing initiatives
• To maximize the commerciality and visual impact of the brand both in-store and externally
• To ensure high standards are achieved and maintain at all retail stores countrywide.
• To drive sales target and achieve same
