The purpose of this role will be to efficiently manage the coal processing operations through beneficiating the raw materials into saleable products.

Applicants will be in possession of degree or National Diploma (3 year) (BTech in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering or BEng in Metallurgy/Chemical) coupled with 5 years’ working experience in processing, process engineering, maintenance of which 2 years should have been managerial experience. Knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act, basic financial skills and computer literacy (MS Office Suite) is critical. MBA, BCom, Advanced Coal Prep Certificate and knowledge of coal preparation, Employment Law and statutory role requirements will be desirable.
