Implementation Engineers is seeking a Senior Project/Account Manager for an assignment in South Africa.

The successful candidate will lead our Implementation Engineering teams to:

1. Guide our clients through a structured process that deals with resources, decision-making, resistance identification and resolution, conflict management, skills enhancement, organizational development, metrics and performance results, coaching, mentoring and behavioral change.

2. Capture/Clarify/Align the strategic business objectives of our clients.

3. Create a 3- to 5-year deployment plan that will:
a. Direct organizational and operational analytics to quantify our clients’ current state and create a roadmap to address gaps where objectives are not being achieved.
b. Plan/Manage/Execute the roadmap, including creation of (milestones, steps to milestones) and deployment management.
c. Sustain improvements through visual management, layered standard work, audits and more.
d. Develop an internal management culture to sustain improvement initiatives.

4. Interact/Sell at all levels of the organization, especially with senior management/executives.

5. Plan/Manage projects.

6. Offer Technical Experience. Lead Operations Analyst, Lean Master, 6 Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt or equivalent, Industrial Engineering or finance/accounting a plus but not a requirement.
