Min 3 years similar experience Lodge experience essential Staff and kitchen management experience in busy lodge kitchen Which qualifications will secure this position? Matric Culinary Qualification from a recognized Cookery School Additional culinary courses a plus First Aid What are the key responsibilities of the position? Production of hot kitchen food for small and large numbers of discerning clientele General Kitchen Management Quality Control What skills / behaviours are required? Understanding of the latest food concepts and trends Adaptability Leadership Consistency Ability to correctly assess, decide and implement solutions to problems. Is this the perfect fit for you?
