5* Hotel is looking for a well balanced, Hotel School Graduate with at least 4 years experience within the Housekeeping Department within a 4 or 5 star hotel. Must have a proven track record, be a very strong leader and be willing to work long hours to ensure standards are upheld. Please forward a comprehensive cv reflecting ALL the following information: - Full dates worked at each establishment – start mm/yy to end mm/yyy - Detailed description of last 4 hotels / lodges or companies worked at - Name, position and contact Email address (preferred) or telephone number of last 3 direct superiors, as reference checks are essential - Head and shoulders photo Open to South Africans only and applicants without hotel experience in the position advertised, will not be considered.
