A financial services group listed on the South African stock exchange, the JSE, is looking for aSnr Human Capital Consultant to ensure a responsive generalist role by working closely with their leaders and staff in order to deliver excellent HR solutions

Compliance with International HR or business accreditation

Competencies Required:

5 years experience

Degree with honours

Registered Psychometrist/Industrial Psychologist

Sound HR systems architecture and business HR knowledge, experience and skill

Will have successfully implemented and completed major HR projects or programmes for a business unit

Strong HR generalist in all the areas of HR with a specialist eye for implementation

Strong people analytical skills and common sense in implementation of strategy

General business and financial skills and experience

Knowledge of the SA Labour Laws and legislation is a must

Knowledge of the Financial Services sector will be considered advantageous but not a prerequisite

Good interpersonal skills at all levels with a presentable and professional personality

Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

Strong negotiation skills and someone that has as strong sense of integrity and ethics

A team worker and coordinator of complex systems and intuitively and cognitively strong people dynamic skills

Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment, cross regionally and cross functionally within the team

Energetic and passionate and has the ability to direct their energy positively towards the strategy of the business

Good facilitation and presentation skills

Strong implementation and strategic thinker

The ability to build a high performance team and a natural maximiser of people

Goal orientated , self directed, driven and motivated

Available to travel domestically
